My client is currently recruiting for a professional and reliable Receptionist to support with holiday cover on a temporary basis in High Wycombe. This is a front-facing role, ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to customer service.
Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a friendly and professional welcomeManaging incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate departmentsHandling email enquiries and general administrative tasksMaintaining a tidy and organised reception areaMeeting and greeting guests, issuing visitor passes, and notifying staff of arrivalsManaging meeting room bookings and preparing rooms as requiredSupporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative dutiesWhat you'll need to succeed - Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and presentable at all times
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
