The National Gallery is an art museum in Trafalgar Square in the City of Westminster, in Central London, England. Founded in 1824, it houses a collection of more than 2,300 paintings dating from the mid-13th century to 1900. The current director of the National Gallery is Gabriele Finaldi.

The National Gallery is an exempt charity, and a non-departmental public body of the Department for Culture, Media and Sport.Its collection belongs to the government on behalf of the British public, and entry to the main collection is free of charge.

  • We are looking for an entrepreneurial and collaborative Product Innovation Manager to manage and develop new commercial products within the Gallery’s Loyalty, Sales and Ticketed Experiences (LSTE) department.
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimisation of a variety of products within LSTE’s portfolio, which currently includes ticketed experiences (exhibitions, events, tours and general admission).
  • You will also carry out full cycles of product development to identify commercial opportunities that respond to the needs of Gallery audiences.
