Whether you're preparing delicious food behind the scenes or serving our customers at the front, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for every customer.

What You'll Be Doing

Back of House - Food Preparation

• Preparing and cooking delicious spuds and other menu items to our standards.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and hygienic kitchen.
• Following food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
• Ensuring food is prepared safely, consistently and efficiently.
• Helping with stock rotation, deliveries and general kitchen duties.

Front of House - Customer Service

• Welcoming customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Taking orders, serving food and ensuring every customer has a great experience.
• Preparing and serving our spuds and other menu items to a high standard.
• Handling customer questions and requests professionally.
• Keeping the service area clean, tidy and well presented.

What We're Looking For

• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for food and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
• An understanding of food hygiene and safety, with a willingness to learn and follow procedures.
• Someone reliable, hardworking and able to work well as part of a team.
• The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment while maintaining high standards.
• A flexible attitude and a willingness to help wherever needed.

Previous experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
