Our client is a dynamic and growing organisation with more than 650 staff, an annual turnover of circa £35 million and a thriving community of learners. They deliver high-quality education and training to thousands of students, apprentices and adults each year, helping shape futures while supporting the needs of local employers. Our client is proud of their college, their staff and their students, who make the college such a brilliant place to work and learn.

Our client is seeking an exceptional and forward-thinking leader to join the College as Director of Digital Technology, a newly created senior role reporting to the Executive Director of Corporate Services. This is an exciting opportunity to shape and deliver the College's Digital and AI Strategy, ensuring technology investment and innovation support our strategic priorities, learner experience and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will drive the development of a modern, secure and inclusive digital environment, championing AI, digital skills and service improvement across both education and business operations.

Our client is looking for a highly experienced technology leader with a strong track record of delivering digital strategy and large-scale change within a complex organisation, ideally in education. You will combine strategic vision, technical expertise and excellent stakeholder engagement skills with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Our client has appointed FE Associates to support them with the important role. Prior to submitting an application, interested parties are advised to arrange an initial conversation with our lead consultant, by emailing to discuss the role.
