Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role where no two days are the same?
Reed Education is proud to be partnering with a specialist SEMH/PSB school in Farnham that is seeking three dedicated Teaching Assistants to join their team on a full-time basis.
This is an incredible opportunity to support students who require additional emotional, behavioural, and social support, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential.
What You'll Be Doing
Supporting students with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
Building positive relationships with pupils and acting as a trusted role model
Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom
Assisting with behaviour management strategies
Encouraging engagement, confidence, and independence
Working closely with teachers and other support staff to provide the best outcomes for students
What We're Looking For
Previous experience working within SEN settings is essential
Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH, behavioural needs, ASD, ADHD, or other additional needs
A calm, resilient, and patient approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A genuine passion for making a positive impact on young people's lives
Ability to work Monday to Friday on a full-time basis
