We're recruiting for a growing and forward-thinking Managed Service Provider based in Redhill, looking for a 1st Line Support Technician to join their friendly and supportive team. This is not your typical tech environment - personality, attitude and potential matter just as much as experience.

Job Title: 1st Line Support Technician

Location: Redhill, Surrey (own transport essential)

Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 DOE

What you'll be doing:

• Acting as the first point of contact for customer IT support queries.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Logging and managing support tickets efficiently.
• Delivering excellent customer service at every interaction.
• Working closely with experienced engineers and learning on the job.
