About the Role
As a Bespoke Teacher, you’ll provide highly personalised, trauma-informed teaching for pupils who may find traditional classroom settings challenging. You’ll create individualised learning programmes that build engagement, confidence and emotional regulation, while supporting pupils to make meaningful academic and personal progress.
Working creatively and flexibly, you’ll build strong, trusting relationships and adapt your approach to each pupil’s needs. Where appropriate, you’ll also support pupils to successfully reintegrate into wider school life, helping them experience success, belonging and progress at every stage.
*This role will be based at the school but will primarily involve teaching off site, supporting children and young people who are currently unable to access the classroom environment. You’ll provide personalised, engaging learning in settings where pupils feel safe and supported, helping them re-engage with education and, where appropriate, work towards a successful return to school.*
