Supply Chain Lead
Role Purpose
Manage supplier contracts and vendor relationships to ensure value, service, quality and supply continuity across allocated spend categories.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Contract Development
- Act as lead contact for supplier contracts and commercial matters
- Build strong supplier relationships
- Source and assess alternative suppliers
- Inventory and stock
- Analyse tender responses and present recommendations
- Identify commercial and operational risks
- Support sourcing and cost reduction initiatives
Contract & Supplier Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders across sites
- Ensure implementation and compliance with group agreements
- Address stakeholder concerns during contract rollouts
- Monitor supplier performance against KPIs and SLAs
- Lead supplier review meetings
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage NCRs, delivery issues and service failures
Reporting & Data Analysis
- Produce monthly contract performance reports
- Track:
- Spend by category
- Cost savings
- Cost avoidance

Administration
- Maintain systems and records
