We are currently recruiting for a Preschool Manager to lead the day-to-day running of a welcoming preschool setting based in Stanford-le-Hope, Thurrock.
This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised childcare professional with previous leadership experience within an Early Years setting.
Working Hours
Tuesday: 9:00am - 2:30pm
Wednesday: 9:00am - 2:30pm
Thursday: 9:00am - 2:30pm
Friday: 9:00am - 3:45pm Salary & Benefits
£14.00 per hour

Supportive and friendly working environment Preschool Manager Responsibilities
Overseeing the day-to-day operation of the preschool
Leading and supporting staff within the setting
Ensuring the setting remains compliant with EYFS and safeguarding requirements
Maintaining high standards of childcare, learning, and development
Supporting children's learning through a safe and nurturing environment
Building positive relationships with parents, carers, and outside professionals
Managing planning, observations, and general administration Requirements
Minimum NVQ Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years
Minimum 2 years' leadership or management experience within a nursery or preschool setting
Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering high-quality childcare and early education
