We are looking for experienced and committed Assistant Project Managers to work on projects, delivering solutions to our clients. The role will involve working on our many and varied projects which include building new housing using modular offsite construction methods, the sustainable refurbishment of a multi-use community centre, housing retrofit and building a BREEAM Excellent Business Centre with significant ecological enhancements.
This role provides a fantastic opportunity to quickly gain a key role in our London based projects and make a real impact. We are therefore looking for ambitious and dedicated individuals who share our values and are committed to delivering a first class service to our clients, whilst possessing the ability and drive to get things done.
Key skills
excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
a self starter with the ability to work in a small team, using own initiative
a pro-active and flexible approach
the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic
cost management and budgeting skills
proficient with IT including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
knowledge of current developments within the construction industry
