About Team London Bridge
Team London Bridge (TLB) is a not-for-profit organisation managing the London Bridge Business Improvement District (BID). We work with local businesses and partners to make London Bridge a safe, sustainable and engaging place to work, visit and do business.
Our work spans community safety, sustainability, social impact, public realm management, area promotion, arts and events. We are a creative, collaborative team committed to putting people and the planet first, embracing new ideas and championing everything that makes London Bridge unique. We are a small team that achieves a lot.
About the Role
We are looking for a creative, proactive, organised and people-focused Marketing Manager to help promote London Bridge and bring the work of Team London Bridge to life.
Working closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications and colleagues across the organisation, you will develop and deliver engaging marketing content across digital and offline channels. You will promote local businesses, culture, events and organisational projects, while strengthening relationships with our members and partners. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, building relationships and being part of a busy, collaborative office environment. You'll spend as much time engaging with local businesses, members, stakeholders and partners as you do creating content and campaigns, acting as a visible and enthusiastic ambassador for London Bridge.
This is a varied, hands-on role combining digital marketing, content creation, campaign management and event delivery. It offers an opportunity to make a tangible contribution to one of London's most exciting destinations. The successful candidate will be a natural people person who enjoys making new contacts, attending local events, understanding the needs of businesses and creating meaningful connections that strengthen our network and community.
This is a great job for someone who wants to develop in all aspects of marketing expertise. Your ideas and creativity will make a tangible difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital marketing: Manage the Team London Bridge and At London Bridge websites, social media channels and monthly email newsletters, ensuring content is engaging, accurate and up to date.

Creative and brand management: Oversee, edit and approve marketing materials used by the team, such as slide decks and flyers, alongside digital output. Manage the TLB brand, and brief external designers, photographers, videographers and other creative suppliers.
- Events and area promotion: Work with colleagues, particularly the Arts and Culture Manager, to promote and deliver a diverse programme of events and activities, supporting London Bridge's identity as a destination for business, culture and leisure.
- Local promotions: Manage the London Bridge DealCard app, engaging with local businesses to secure new offers, updating existing promotions and ensure the programme remains relevant and valuable to users.
- Member engagement: Build strong relationships with BID member businesses, coordinate promotional opportunities and identify ways to add value to their membership. These include the office sector, retailers, food and beverage, hotels, venues and visitor attractions.
Campaigns and communications: Support marketing campaigns, respond to promotional requests from members and help deliver the five-yearly BID renewal ballot campaign. Support community, sustainability and social impact campaigns, such as workplace giving and wellbeing-led placemaking projects.
- Marketing resources: Maintain accurate online business listings and organise the organisation's photography, film and visual asset library.
- Team collaboration: Work across the organisation to support wider objectives, manage competing priorities and identify opportunities to improve marketing activity.
