Are you an experienced Passive Fire Protection Surveyor with strong technical knowledge and hands-on installation experience?

This is an excellent opportunity to take on a lead surveying role, combining site-based surveying with coordination, client engagement, reporting and business development.

The Role

• Carry out and oversee fire compartmentation, fire door and passive fire protection surveys
• Identify defects and non-conformances against relevant regulations, standards and manufacturer requirements
• Coordinate survey schedules, RAMS, equipment and labour
• Produce accurate, high-quality survey reports
• Prepare survey information and data for costing and project pricing
• Attend site visits and build strong professional relationships with clients
• Support client engagement and identify opportunities for additional services
• Contribute to business development, advertising and tender submissions
• Maintain high standards of health & safety, compliance and industry best practice
• Investigate non-conformances and maintain accurate records
• Support colleagues and provide professional leadership within the surveying function

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in passive fire protection surveying
• Hands-on installation experience with fire protection systems - essential
• Strong knowledge of fire safety regulations, standards and industry requirements
• Experience preparing cost estimates, quotations and project pricing
• Business development experience, including advertising and tender submissions
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Strong organisation and time-management abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• A strong commitment to safety, compliance and continuous improvement
