Your new role
My client is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Operations Lead to support their UK operations. This is a varied role combining data analysis, customer service, system support, and process improvement.You will act as a key link between internal teams and clients, ensuring systems, reporting, and processes run smoothly while delivering a high level of service
Act as a main point of contact between teams and stakeholdersTroubleshoot issues and improve system processesMaintain and improve workflows and documentationSupport onboarding of new clients and offboarding of existing onesAttend client meetings and manage follow-up actions on occasionAssist clients with system useAnalyse sales and operational dataProduce reports for internal teams and clientsTrack performance and identify improvementsProcess sales reports, purchase orders, and inventory updatesWork closely with warehouse teams and resolve issuesIdentify inefficiencies and suggest improvementsSupport business changes and operational enhancementsWhat you'll need to succeed - Strong customer service and stakeholder management experience
- Confident working with data and reporting (Excel required) essential
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in data analysis or reporting essential
- Experience using Power BI desirable
