Role details:Contract: ASAP start until March 2027Location: Hybrid (on-site attendance as required during deployment, mostly London)Rate: negotiable - inside IR35Clearance: eDV Clearance active is mandatoryKey responsibilities:

• Configure, test, and deploy enterprise telephony and unified communications solutions
• Support telephony migration activities including number porting and legacy decommissioning
• Troubleshoot telephony, call routing, and integration issues
• Support cutovers, pilots, and phased site migrations
• Produce technical documentation and as-built records

Skills & experience:

• Proven experience as a Telephony / Voice Engineer in enterprise environments
• Strong hands-on knowledge of VoIP, SIP, SBCs, and call routing
• Experience with cloud telephony platforms (e.g. Teams Phone or equivalent)
• Background in telephony migration or transformation programmes
• Strong documentation and stakeholder communication skills
