Rate: £22.00 - £24.00 per hour

We are currently looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Carpenter to join a busy maintenance team delivering repairs and property maintenance services across residential homes throughout Hertfordshire.This is a long-term contract opportunity offering full-time hours, competitive rates and a consistent workload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of carpentry maintenance and repairs
• Hanging and repairing doors, locks, skirting, architraves and kitchen units
• Undertaking responsive and planned maintenance works
• Completing basic multi-trade tasks when required
• Working within occupied residential properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a carpentry or multi-trade role
• Ability to carry out a range of maintenance repairs independently
• Experience working within domestic or social housing environments is desirable
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
