We are currently recruiting a dedicated and enthusiastic Psychology Graduate TA to work as a SEN Teaching Assistant in a thriving "Outstanding" school located in Westminster.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Psychology Graduate TA who is keen to gain hands-on experience in a school setting, particularly within the SEN sector. Working alongside experienced professionals, you will receive on-the-job education and training to help you develop the skills required for a future career in psychology, education, or therapy.

The Role:
Assisting children with a range of learning and behavioural needs
Working closely with SENCOs, teachers, and external professionals
Providing 1:1 and small group support

Ideal Candidate:

Psychology Graduate
Passionate about child development and inclusive education
Previous experience in a school or care setting (desirable but not essential)
Eager to receive education and training in the field of SEN
Able to commit to a full-time role in Westminster
