Health Coordinator
Charity People is delighted to be partnering with a leading London homelessness day service to recruit a Temporary Health Coordinator.
This is an opportunity to join a respected community-based organisation supporting people experiencing homelessness, poverty, addiction and mental health challenges.
The organisation provides practical frontline support alongside longer-term interventions that help people access housing, healthcare and life-changing services.
About the Role
This is a highly rewarding frontline position supporting individuals who may be experiencing homelessness, rough sleeping, housing insecurity, substance misuse or mental health challenges.
Working as part of a small, dedicated team, you will provide assessment, triage and casework support, helping people access the services and resources they need to improve their circumstances and wellbeing.
