The Role

• Full-time, permanent position
• Weekend availability required
• Delivering expert dispensing advice and exceptional patient care
• Supporting patients with tailored frame and lens recommendations
• Leading, motivating, and supporting the optical team
• Assisting with the day-to-day management and smooth running of the practice
• Maintaining high clinical and customer service standards throughout the business
• Supporting staff development, training, and performance
• Working closely with the practice owners to drive continued growth and success
• Supporting social media and local marketing initiatives
• Bringing fresh ideas and contributing to the future direction of the practice

• Qualified Dispensing Optician (GOC registered)
• Previous leadership, supervisory, or management experience within optics
