Installation Supervisor

Elevation Recruitment Group's Engineering Services Division are supporting a long standing, market leading OEM to recruit an Installations Supervisor to join their growing team.

The Installations Supervisor is a critical customer facing role providing hands on supervision and ensuring quality and professionalism at all times throughout the installations process.

The Installations Supervisor role is Field-based in the South of England (ideally, you will be based in Northampton or Milton Keynes).

The Installations Supervisor will work closely with the installation team, the Operations and Scheduling teams, Sales and the drawings/CAD team, as well as customers and site stakeholders - from health & safety and project managers to site owners - to deliver every job safely, on time and to an exceptional standard.

Role Responsibilities for the Installations Supervisor include:

• Lead and supervise installations on site, making sure every job is delivered safely and compliantly, in line with RAMS, site rules and company quality standards
• Primary on-site point of contact for customers, managing expectations and representing the company brand positively at all times
• Plan, monitor and control delivery, keeping installations on programme and within scope and budget
• Hands-on installation tasks on the tools including measuring, cutting, drilling, lifting and working at height

Experience and Qualifications for the Installations Supervisor role include:

• A full UK driving licence - you'll drive the company vehicle and travel to sites across the south
• A strong understanding of health & safety, RAMS and safe systems of work
• Hands-on experience using hand and power tools safely and effectively
• A background in a practical, installation-based trade - for example construction, assembly, fencing, decking, landscaping, racking, shop or kitchen fitting, steel fitting or highways/barrier installation
• Strong communication and IT skills, with the confidence to engage customers and stakeholders
• Flexibility to travel across the South of England and stay away from home overnight during the week

• CSCS
