A leading UK charity is seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to provide dedicated financial support to its Fundraising function.

This is a broad business partnering role combining management accounting, forecasting, financial modelling and stakeholder management. You'll work closely with fundraising teams to provide meaningful financial insight, helping non-finance colleagues understand performance and make informed decisions.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience partnering Fundraising and/or Marketing & Communications teams who enjoys combining strong financial analysis with relationship-led business partnering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage the monthly management accounts process, including month-end reporting and commentary.
• Partner closely with Fundraising teams, providing financial advice, insight and constructive challenge.
• Lead regular forecasting and support wider business planning.
• Analyse financial performance, identifying trends, risks and opportunities.
• Develop trend analysis to strengthen forecasting and decision-making.
• Build, develop and maintainfinancial models to support planning and strategic decisions.
• Translate complex financial information into clear, accessible insight for non-finance stakeholders.

You will:

• Have previous experience operating at Finance Business Partner level, ideally supporting Fundraising and/or Marketing & Communications.
• Be part-qualified or fully qualified CCAB/CIMA.
• Have strong experience across management accounts, budgeting and forecasting.
• Be confident building and maintaining financial models and undertaking detailed financial analysis.
• Have excellent stakeholder management skills and be comfortable partnering with non-finance colleagues.
• Be able to communicate financial information clearly and use insight to influence decision-making.
