Shape the future of further education at one of the UK's leading College groups

Our client is among the largest further education providers in the UK, supporting over 15,000 learners across west London. At the heart of everything they do is a commitment to delivering an outstanding learning experience that transforms lives and drives personal growth, wellbeing and economic opportunity. Led by values of diversity, inclusion and excellence, they are ambitious for the future. They aim to be the College of Choice and to be recognised as a leader in the sector - both nationally and internationally - by embracing innovative approaches to teaching and learning and by equipping their students with the skills they need to thrive. Their exceptional staff and industry-standard facilities underpin consistently outstanding student achievement. Looking ahead, their ambitious curriculum plans to 2030 will further strengthen their employer-led market-leading offer.

Could you help guide their next chapter?

Our client is seeking two new governors with substantial experience in the further education sector to join their Board. This is an opportunity for individuals with deep sector insight, strategic perspective and a genuine passion for education to help shape the direction of a high-performing and ambitious organisation.

As a governor, you will play a key role in steering our clients future - supporting their mission, strengthening their governance and ensuring the effective and responsible use of public funds. Your experience will help them to continue to innovate, build on their strong track record of student success and deliver for their learners and communities.

We welcome applicants who share our client's commitment to excellence, their aspirations for their students and their belief in the transformative power of further education. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who bring not only expertise but also a fresh perspective. Our client's Governing Board is made up of talented individuals from diverse professional and personal backgrounds, and we are committed to broadening that diversity further across age, gender, ethnicity and experience.

If you are passionate about further education and ready to make a meaningful impact, we invite you to find out more. Our client has appointed FE Associates to support them with these important appointments. Contact to learn more about these opportunities
