Description
As a Land and Development Surveyor you will:
- Lead property development projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet objectives and timelines.
- Manage budgets, resources and stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project goals.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards in the public sector.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Produce detailed reports and documentation for all stages of development projects.
- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making within the property department.
Profile
A successful Land and Development Surveyor should have:
- MRICS
- Be willing and able to commute to London borough at lease twice a week
- Strong experience in property development or project management within the public sector.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Proficiency in managing budgets and stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of relevant public sector regulations and compliance requirements.
- Ability to analyse data and produce comprehensive reports.
- Strong communication skills to engage with internal teams and external partners.
Job Offer
- Daily rate of £550 to £645, dependent on the level of experience.
