IT Procurement Manager

IT Procurement Manager - London - £60-£65k + bonus - Hybrid working

We are working with a FTSE 250 organisation in London to recruit an IT Procurement Manager into their team.

We're looking for an experienced IT Software Procurement & Licensing Specialist to take ownership of software licensing, strategic vendor management and commercial negotiations across a complex IT environment.

You'll manage the full software procurement lifecycle across SaaS, cloud, on-premise and subscription licensing, working closely with IT, Legal, Security and Data Protection teams. The role will focus on optimising software spend, maintaining licence compliance and building strong relationships with major technology vendors and resellers.

Key experience:

• Strong software licensing and Software Asset Management (SAM) knowledge
• Commercial and contract negotiations with strategic software vendors
• SaaS, cloud and enterprise licensing models
• Vendor and supplier relationship management
• Contract reviews, EULAs, SLAs and licensing compliance
• Software utilisation, renewals and licence optimisation
• Identifying consolidation and cost-saving opportunities
• IT procurement, sourcing, tendering and market analysis
• Strong stakeholder management across IT, Legal, Security and senior leadership

Experience managing major vendors such as Microsoft, Adobe, Box or similar enterprise technology providers would be highly advantageous.
