Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver lectures and practical workshops on motor vehicle mechanics, focusing on both theoretical knowledge and practical skills.
• Develop and update course materials, including syllabi, workshop guides, and assessment tools, to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Assess and evaluate students' progress through practical assessments, projects, and examinations.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, assessments, and progress.
• Facilitate engaging classroom discussions to enhance learning and foster a collaborative environment.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in automotive technology and integrate this knowledge into the curriculum.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, helping them to navigate their career paths in the motor vehicle industry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• A degree in Motor Vehicle Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Motor Vehicle Lecturer or in a similar educational role, with a strong background in automotive mechanics.
• Excellent practical and theoretical knowledge of motor vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
