Senior Contracts Manager

Kenneth Brian Associates are recruiting for an experienced Senior Contracts Manager to join a well-established construction business. We are looking for a commercially minded, hands-on individual who can manage multiple construction, refurbishment and maintenance projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple projects from initial quotation through to completion
• Preparing quotations using Schedules of Rates (SOR)
• Managing budgets, costs and project timelines
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site activities
• Managing variations and additional works
• Attending site visits and client meetings
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard

The Ideal Candidate:

• Strong background in Construction or Contracts Management
• Excellent working knowledge of Schedules of Rates (SOR) - essential
• Strong commercial awareness and organisational skills
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Confident dealing with clients and subcontractors
• Proactive, hardworking and able to take ownership of projects
• Full UK driving licence essential
• SMSTS or CSCS desirable
