This ongoing temporary role is focused on building safety, compliance and day-to-day facilities maintenance.Key DetailsStart: ASAPSchedule: 3 days per week between Monday-FridayHours: 9am-5pm (22.5 hours per week)Pay: £16.92 per hour (PAYE)Role OverviewYou'll carry out a blend of reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks to ensure the building remains safe, compliant and ready for residents. Duties include:

• General maintenance repairs - routine fault finding and minor repairs
• PPM duties - fire alarm tests, lift inspections, plant room checks, emergency lighting inspections, critical equipment checks and external property inspections
• Health & Safety compliance - ensuring safe working practices and accurate record-keeping

What You'll Need

• Proven building maintenance experience
• City & Guilds or equivalent
• Strong Health & Safety awareness
• Experience with PPM routines
• Ability to work independently
• Clear communication and customer focus
