Senior Individual Giving Executive - Supporter Acquisition

As the Individual Giving Senior Executive - Supporter Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in the Individual Giving team. You will be responsible for the delivery of core elements of the Supporter Acquisition programme, developing engaging communications / products and activity across multiple channels, such as paid search and social, email, telemarketing and offline channels.

Working closely with colleagues across the Charity and external agencies,you will lead and deliver projects for the recruitment of new supporters to identify new audiences, optimise response, grow the supporter base and contribute to the lifetime value of supporters.

This role also includes line management responsibility for an Individual Giving Assistant, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their leadership experience.

About you

We're looking for a motivated and proactive fundraiser who is passionate about supporter acquisition and delivering excellent fundraising campaigns. You'll be a strong project manager, confident working with multiple stakeholders, and excited by the opportunity to help grow our supporter base during an ambitious period of growth for the Charity.

You will have:

• Experience delivering Individual Giving, direct marketing or supporter acquisition campaigns across multiple channels

• Knowledge of digital fundraising and marketing, including channels such as paid search, social media and email

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, budgets and deadline

• Confidence analysing campaign performance and using insight to inform future activity and testing.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with experience working with agencies and suppliers.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
