What you'll be doing

Join the House of Commons Events Team as an Events Coordinator and take ownership of a varied portfolio of Member-hosted and commercial events around the House. From initial enquiry through to successful delivery, you'll guide clients through the planning journey, creating exceptional experiences within one of the UK's most prestigious venues.

This is an exciting opportunity for an organised, confident events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two events are the same. You'll build trusted relationships with MPs, clients and internal teams, translating requirements into seamless event plans while managing deadlines, budgets and operational priorities.

You'll coordinate with catering, chefs, security and facilities teams, produce accurate event documentation, and ensure every event meets House policies, security requirements, licensing legislation and venue protocols. You'll also identify commercial opportunities, respond confidently to changing demands and use client feedback to improve services.
