An award winning law firm with an international presence are looking to hire a Senior Benefits Advisor to work internationally as part of the wider HR team.

About the Role

The role will entail:

• Act as the first point of contact on benefit queries and provide advice on various programs
• Manage the benefits platform, including managing reports
• Utilise data analytics to enhance offering
• Complete competitor analysis
• Oversee training and benefits budget
• Manage relationships with third party vendors
• Salary and benefit benchmarking
• Manage the annual benefits renewal process

Job Requirements

The successful candidate will have proven experience of benefits advisory in either a law firm or professional services firm. Strong attention to detail and experience with working with vendors is required.
