Semi Senior

A boutique accountancy practice in Hertfordshire is looking to recruit a Junior or Semi Senior Accountant to join its team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone studying AAT or at the early stages of ACCA who is keen to develop their technical skills, build client relationships and progress within practice.
The role will involve:

• Preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.
• Liaising directly with clients, responding to queries and building strong working relationships.
• Assisting with the preparation of accounts and supporting compliance work.
• Working closely with experienced colleagues to develop technical knowledge and gain exposure to a broad range of accounting matters.
• Taking on increasing responsibility as experience grows, with the opportunity to manage your own portfolio of accounts in time.

The ideal candidate will have experience within an accountancy practice, be confident communicating with clients and be motivated to continue their professional studies.

The practice offers a supportive environment where you can develop at your own pace, gain valuable experience and build a long-term career in accountancy. Study support will be provided to gain professional qualifications. Office hours are 9am - 5pm.

Can I respectfully ask that candidates who require visa sponsorship do not apply for this role as the clients can not support this and applications will not be processed. Thank you.
