Warehouse Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:00pm (30 hours per week)
Salary: £26,500 per annum

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Warehouse Operative to join a growing and successful business. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who is proactive, reliable, and willing to take ownership of the day-to-day warehouse operation.

The position is primarily focused on picking and packing customer orders, ensuring stock is organised and orders are dispatched accurately and efficiently. Work volumes can vary, with some days being busier than others, so flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Picking and packing customer orders
• Managing stock and maintaining warehouse organisation
• Assisting with goods in and goods out processes
• Ensuring high standards of accuracy and efficiency
• Supporting the smooth running of warehouse operations

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to take responsibility
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• FLT licence not required
