An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and ambitious Marketing Executive to join a leading business within the retail entertainment and leisure sector.

This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys building strong stakeholder relationships, delivering impactful campaigns, and driving customer engagement across multiple locations. Working within a fast-paced, customer-focused environment, you will be responsible for supporting venue performance through innovative local, regional, and national marketing initiatives.

The Opportunity

Reporting into the marketing team, you will act as a key partner to operational teams, providing marketing expertise and support across a portfolio of venues. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to develop and deliver campaigns that increase brand awareness, customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.

The successful candidate will bring strong traditional marketing experience and the ability to tailor activity to meet the unique needs of individual locations while maintaining a scalable and commercially focused approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with venue and regional management teams.
• Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across print, direct mail, outdoor advertising, events, email, SMS, and other customer touchpoints.
• Provide marketing guidance and best-practice recommendations to venue teams.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
• Coordinate production and distribution of marketing materials to support local and national initiatives.
• Identify and secure relevant advertising and promotional opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to post-campaign analysis and reporting.
• Manage allocated marketing budgets to maximise return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with wider business objectives.

About You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and creative marketer with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering results.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a marketing role, ideally within a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of traditional marketing channels, including print, direct mail, outdoor advertising, and events.
• Experience planning and delivering integrated marketing campaigns.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Commercial awareness and a results-driven mindset.
• Self-motivated with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Full willingness to travel regularly as part of the role.
