Job Requirements/Description
As an Assistant Store Manager at Vision Express, you'll support the Store Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Cheshunt Tesco store. This includes leading and developing the team, delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and maintaining high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
You'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager by taking ownership, leading with initiative, and bringing energy and personality to the store. This is a great opportunity to step into a store environment where you can build your leadership capability and progress your career in retail management.
Alongside the Store Manager, you'll support with administrative tasks such as stock ordering and management, cash handling, and reporting. You'll help create a positive, high-performing culture where colleagues feel motivated and supported to deliver their best.
