Senior Media and PR Manager

Harris Hill is keen to hear from an experienced Media and PR professional looking for an opportunity to build on their strategic experience, joining an established health charity, as their new Senior Media and PR Manager in London.

The charity is looking for a high-energy, bold-thinking individual who can spot media opportunities, support the brand and fundraising teams, and apply strategic thinking. It's an exciting opportunity to join the charity as it launches its new five-year strategy and to bring fresh ideas and bold thinking to its media and PR activity.

You will:

• Lead media and PR activity across fundraising and brand marketing.
• Work closely with the CEO on media opportunities.
• Develop and deliver ambitious annual media plans.
• Identify proactive and reactive media opportunities and secure impactful coverage.
• Act as the lead media and PR contact for the brand marketing team.
• Work closely with the charity's industry leading marketing agency.
• Manage a team of 2 Media Officers.
• Work sensitively across health-related topics.
• Support the wider media and PR team.

We're keen to hear from managers with experience in charity or health PR, strong media contacts and team leadership experience. The ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders is key - perhaps you've worked in an agency environment or managed multiple fundraising and brand priorities in a previous charity role.

Hybrid: London office 2 days per week (Aldgate East), 3 days from home
Salary: £47,000-£52,000
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
