Assistant Package Manager

We are seeking a diligent and highly professional Assistant Package Manager to join our project team in West London, (NW10). This role is essential for ensuring operational continuity, requiring a candidate who is comfortable working during weekends and night shifts to maintain project momentum.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and coordination of specific work packages to ensure delivery within defined project parameters.
• Monitor progress during night and weekend shifts, ensuring all activities adhere to safety and quality standards.
• Facilitate clear communication between site teams and management to resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Oversee site logistics and resource allocation to support efficient project execution.
• Ensure that all work performed complies with relevant regulatory frameworks and site-specific protocols.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in project support or package management within a construction or industrial environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage complex tasks in high-pressure settings.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead site teams effectively during off-peak hours.
• Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professional conduct and site safety.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

Employment Details:

• Location: West London
• Compensation: £56.25 per hour (Umbrella, inside IR35)
• Shift Requirements: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday but some weekends and nights depending on project needs
