• A knowledge of classic cocktails & serves - as well as learning OUR favourites.
• Level-headed - stay calm and focused in a busy work environment.

• Great communication - with each team member, department & guest.
• Wanting to learn & develop - we want you to grow with us!
• 1-2 years front of house experience is preferable.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.

We've been serving international inspired plant-based food in London for over 30 years, often surprising and seducing hardened carnivores and with all of our dish's vegan and many gluten free.

Our roots began in Soho, where we are still open every day. You can also find us in Camden, King's Cross and Dalston, with an exciting new concept mallow Borough Market looking to add you to our fabulous team!
