Air Conditioning Engineer

The company is a family run air conditioning and refrigeration contractor with over 25 years experience. They cover all over the South East areas and have built up a reputation of providing a quality service for a great price. They have a low staff turnover as their engineer gets looked after, this shows in the top quality work they do on site.

Salary for an air conditioning engineer

• 40-43k basic salary
• Door to door travel pay
• No call out rota so you get a better work / life balance but some overtime available
• Van, phone, uniform, fuel card, further manufacturers training available

Due to expansion they are recruiting for an Air Conditioning engineer , you will be:-

• Covering Sussex, Surrey and some London work (London work around 3-4 days per month on average)
• Providing service, maintenance and installation (approx 50% install) on air conditioning equipment
• Working mostly on splits and multi splits with other work on VRV and VRF equipment
• Working with some commercial properties but a lot of high end residential aswell

Experience needed for an air conditioning engineer

• Living in or around the West Sussex / Surrey area needed and within travel distance to their office in Horsham
• Maintenance and install experience essential for working on air conditioning equipment - splits and multi splits as a minimum
• F Gas certificate needed , NVQ Level 2 air conditioning beneficial
• Air conditioning install experience working in residential properties would be a massive advantage
