An exceptional and highly inclusive school in Central London is seeking an ambitious Inclusion Leader to join its senior team from September. As Inclusion Leader, you will play a central role in shaping and driving the school's inclusion strategy, leading on behaviour, attendance, student wellbeing and targeted support interventions. You will work closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams, SEND professionals and external agencies to ensure vulnerable and disadvantaged students receive outstanding support both academically and emotionally.
This is a role for a leader with presence, empathy and strategic vision - someone capable of building strong relationships, inspiring staff and creating a culture where students feel safe, valued and motivated to achieve their potential.

Key responsibilities:
Leading the school's inclusion and pastoral strategy
Overseeing behaviour, attendance and student wellbeing systems
Supporting students with additional needs and barriers to learning
Working collaboratively with SEND, safeguarding and pastoral teams
Driving interventions to improve engagement and outcomes
Building strong relationships with parents, carers and external agencies
Supporting staff with inclusive classroom practice and behaviour strategies
Promoting a positive and aspirational school culture
Candidate requirements:
Must hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven leadership experience within a school setting
Strong understanding of inclusion, safeguarding and student wellbeing
Excellent behaviour management and pastoral leadership skills
Ability to lead teams strategically and operationally
Passionate about improving outcomes for all students
Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
Must have the right to work in the UK
