What you'll be doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Manager (Part Time):

• Managing a portfolio of residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Dealing with day-to-day property management enquiries
• Organising and overseeing maintenance and repairs
• Liaising with contractors and arranging access to properties
• Carrying out property inspections where required

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential property management
• Strong knowledge of the lettings and property management process
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Confident dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Professional and customer-focused approach
• Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
• Full UK driving licence required
• Access to a car essential
