About our client

Our client is a block and estate management business based in Buckinghamshire, managing a mix of residential blocks and estates across the home counties. They've grown consistently over the last few years and have a strong reputation for looking after both their clients and their colleagues.

The role

They're looking for a Senior Property Manager to take on a focused portfolio of key clients and technically complex sites, reporting into the Head of Property Management. You'll play a hands-on role in the day to day, while also supporting the wider team with more complex or technical matters.

What you'll be doing

  • Managing a portfolio of key clients and technically complex sites, including day-to-day enquiries from clients, owners and residents
  • Carrying out site inspections and overseeing plant checks to make sure sites stay compliant
  • Preparing service charge budgets and long-term maintenance plans
  • Leading on more complex matters such as Section 20 consultations, building and fire safety, and legal disputes
  • Preparing for and leading client meetings and AGMs
  • Supporting and sharing knowledge with less experienced colleagues in the team

Skills and experience

Essential:

  • MTPI qualification, achieved or working towards
  • Experience managing complex sites, including higher-rise buildings
  • Working knowledge of key leasehold legislation
  • Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

  • Experience managing or training junior colleagues
  • Experience preparing service charge budgets and long-term maintenance plans
