Role & Responsibilities
Join us in bringing London's wildlife back
At London Wildlife Trust, we're working to restore wild places and reconnect people with nature. We need more people to join us, support our work and take action for nature recovery across the capital. This role sits at the heart of that ambition, with a particular focus on growing our membership. You'll lead the day-to-day delivery of our acquisition programme, working with external agencies and colleagues across the Trust to deliver effective campaigns and hit ambitious targets.
You'll be someone who enjoys looking at the numbers as much as the creative. You'll use data, audience insight and campaign performance to understand what's working, spot opportunities and continually improve our approach. You'll also have the chance to test new channels, develop propositions and explore new ways to recruit members.
Alongside acquisition, you'll contribute to wider membership and individual giving activity, including supporter engagement, fundraising appeals and legacy marketing.
If you're an experienced fundraiser or marketer who enjoys combining creative thinking with analysis and practical delivery, this is an opportunity to make a real difference to how we grow support for nature recovery in London.
