What You’ll Do: Own the Quality Standard

• Drive Performance: Audit content moderation decisions, deliver actionable feedback, and elevate the overall standard of our operational teams.

• Be the Subject Matter Expert: Master our client's products and community standards, acting as the ultimate go-to resource for Content Policy and Operational Guidelines.

• Spot the Trends: Dive into the data to identify inefficiencies, run root-cause analyses, and escalate critical policy issues to the global team.

• Empower the Team: Mentor incoming Quality & Policy Experts and bridge knowledge gaps through targeted training collaborations.

• Innovate & Improve: Use market-specific insights to build scalable solutions and partner with Quality Leaders to design high-impact improvement initiatives.

What You Bring: The Essentials

• Bilingual Excellence: Fully fluent in Iraqi Arabic and English (written and verbal).

• Proven Experience: 2+ years thriving in a Quality Control environment.

• Data Savvy: Strong, practical skills in Excel (PivotTables, Charts, Statistical functions). Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a massive plus!
