Asset Data Officer (social housing)

At Phoenix Community Housing we are looking for an Asset Data Officer who can bring us their knowledge of the Decent Homes Standard and a good understanding of building components and their interrelation. Someone with a keen interest in data and who is able to manage databases and process large volumes of data.
