At Hestia, we are guided by our core values and are dedicated to fostering an equitable, diverse, and inclusive organisation. Our mission is to empower individuals to rebuild their lives and achieve independence. Right now, we are looking for a Team Manager to play a pivotal role in our Harwood Road Registered Care Home in Fulham, London

Sounds great, what will I be doing?

This is an opportunity for an experienced and passionate Manager to lead a CQC-regulated care service, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care, support, and accommodation for residents. You will have overall responsibility for service quality, regulatory compliance, operational performance, and team leadership, driving a person-centred and recovery-focused approach that empowers service users and promotes positive outcomes. Working closely with staff, stakeholders, and residents, you will maintain high standards across all CQC Key Lines of Enquiry (KLOEs), lead continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk effectively, and oversee the development and delivery of the service's annual business plan. This role is ideal for a strong leader who is committed to achieving excellence, fostering a positive culture, and delivering safe, effective, caring, responsive, and well-led services.

What do I need to bring with me?

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. You don't have to tick all the boxes right away; the important thing is that you're willing to learn. We also value lived experience of the areas we support, so if you feel comfortable, please do mention this on your application.

For this role, we are looking for an experienced and compassionate leader with a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent) and a proven track record of managing services that support individuals with complex mental health needs. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and people management skills, with experience in recruitment, induction, supervision, performance management, and staff development, alongside the ability to motivate and empower teams to achieve positive outcomes. You will bring sound knowledge of housing management, financial and budgetary oversight, and the ability to analyse service performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective change. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills are essential, as the role requires close partnership working with service users, families, local authorities, healthcare professionals, and community organisations. Above all, you will demonstrate empathy, resilience, and a genuine commitment to recovery-focused practice, while championing equality, diversity, inclusion, and high-quality person-centred care.
