We're looking for a highly organised and relationship-focused Partnership Officer to join our Partnerships Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships, coordinating complex activities and making a tangible difference to the lives of vulnerable communities around the world. You'll play a key role in helping life-saving medicines reach those who need them most.

The Role
Partnerships are at the heart of IHP's work. As Partnership Officer, you'll help build and maintain productive relationships with both corporate and NGO partners, ensuring donated medicines and healthcare products move efficiently from offer through to delivery.
Working across the partnership lifecycle, you'll coordinate activities, manage information and support programmes that deliver real impact for people around the world.

About You
You'll be a highly organised and relationship-focused person with experience in a coordination, partnership, fundraising or operations role.
We're looking for someone with:
Essential
Experienced in coordination, partnerships, relationship management, fundraising, operations, or a similar role
Highly organised, with excellent attention to detail
Confident and effective in both written and verbal communication
Experienced in using CRM/database systems and Microsoft Office
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Proactive, with a solutions-focused approach
Committed to supporting and upholding IHP's Christian ethos
Desirable
Experience supporting fundraising, donor reporting or proposal development
Knowledge of the healthcare, humanitarian, pharmaceutical or supply chain sectors
Experience working across multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teams
