Early Years Educator - Kennet Day Nursery

About the role

• Deliver our bespoke curriculum and 'learning through play' ethos.

• Plan and implement creative activities tailored to each child's developmental stage.

• Work in partnership with parents to ensure the best outcomes for every child.

• Maintain high standards of care and education within the EYFS framework.

Your role is key to creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.

About you

We are looking for someone who is:

• Warm, caring, and passionate about early years education.

• Creative, dynamic, and an excellent communicator.

• Flexible and positive in approach, with strong teamwork skills.

Essential:

• A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).

• Good working knowledge of the EYFS.

• Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice.
