This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience in operational coordination or programme activities who enjoys managing multiple workstreams within a professional, purpose-led environment. You will play a vital role in supporting the assessment and accreditation lifecycle, ensuring a high-quality experience for our member business schools and our pool of expert assessors.

Working under the direction of the Head of SBC Accreditation and Membership, you will maintain accurate records, support the transition to Salesforce, and contribute to the growth of both the SBC and the CMBE (Chartered Management Consultant Educator) programme.

Key responsibilities:

We are looking for someone who will:

  • Administer the assessor pool: Manage day-to-day interactions with assessors, including contracting, training coordination, and processing payment claims.
  • Support membership & renewals: Act as a responsive point of contact for business schools, managing onboarding for new members and coordinating the membership renewal process.
  • Manage systems and data: Support the migration of data to Salesforce and maintain high standards of data integrity across CRM and SharePoint platforms.
  • Deliver operational reporting: Produce regular reports on the accreditation pipeline and membership activity to support strategic planning.
  • Provide CMBE support: Assist with the administration of the CMBE programme, including processing applications and supporting the Professional Standards Board.
  • Identify process improvements: Suggest and implement practical updates to templates, workflows, and member communications.
  • Please refer to the full job description for further detail on responsibilities.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Previous experience coordinating multi-step operational processes, ideally within a membership or professional body environment.
  • Confidence using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is desirable) for record management and reporting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing deadlines across different workstreams.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work effectively across teams (Finance, Events, and Marketing).
  • Experience in financial administration, such as purchase orders or invoicing coordination (desirable).
  • What we offer:

  • Competitive salary
  • Hybrid working (fixed days in the office: Tuesday and Wednesday)
  • 31 days annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Attractive employer non-contributory pension
  • Life assurance and Wellbeing support
  • Season ticket loans, cycle-to-work scheme, and eye care support
  • A collaborative, values-driven and supportive working environment
  • How to apply:

We welcome applications to include a CV (up to 2 pages) and a cover letter (up to 1 page) explaining how you meet the person specification, submitted by an email via the button below.

  • Application deadline: 27 August 2026.
  • Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.
  • Please note that this vacancy may close earlier than the advertised date if a high volume of applications is received.
