I am working exclusively with St Giles Trust who are a UK charity that supports people facing poverty, exploitation, violence, homelessness, and involvement with the criminal justice system. Using staff with lived experience, they help individuals overcome challenges, build resilience, and create positive futures through tailored support, advice, training, and employment opportunities. Their mission is to ensure that everyone has the opportunity to succeed, regardless of their background or circumstances.

They are looking for an exceptional Head of People Business Partnering to play a pivotal role in shaping our people agenda, partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to build an inclusive culture where colleagues feel supported, empowered and able to perform at their best.
This is an exciting 12 month fixed term opportunity to lead our People Business Partnering team and drive strategic people initiatives across a national organisation with a strong social purpose. Working closely with the Director of People and Culture, you will combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership, helping their leaders navigate change, develop their teams and deliver excellent people outcomes across the employee lifecycle.
The Head of People Business Partnering role is a part-time position, 4-days per week (28 hours) paying £44,000 pro rata (£55,000 FTE). You will be able to work on a flexible hybrid basis with some national travel. The charity's London office is located in Camberwell, South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic business partnering and leading high-performing teams. You will have excellent knowledge of employment law, experience advising on complex employee relations cases, TUPE and be confident influencing senior stakeholders. Ideally, you will be CIPD qualified or have equivalent experience with evidence of continuous professional development.
