MEMBERSHIP RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Based: Bloomsbury, Central London
Salary: £26-30,000 PA Dependent on Experience
BACKGROUND AND PURPOSES OF THIS ROLE
The BioIndustry Association is the UK's trade and membership organisation for biotech and innovative life sciences. With 600+ members and a full programme of advocacy and connecting people across the sector - through committees, communities, publications, campaigns, online and in-person events - the opportunities for organisations keen to support the sector and connect with companies are significant.
With the growth of our membership and activities, we have had a strong focus on member relationship management and retention, with a growing need to help service the membership and assist them in utilising the benefits.
We are now looking for a membership relations executive who understands our ethos and the value of excellent customer relations to help service, engage and maintain close connections with our membership.

WORKING PATTERN
We are currently working in a hybrid pattern, whereby we work 3 days in the office and 2 from home. If the successful candidate is located within 40 miles of the London office, we expect them to adhere to this pattern.
