Job Title: Early Years & Residential Childcare TutorLocation: London, EnglandAbout the Role / Job Summary:A leading apprenticeship provider is seeking 2-3 Early Years & Residential Childcare Tutors for a full-time, one-year fixed-term contract, with the potential for extension. This role involves face-to-face delivery of various childcare programs, including the Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare, and requires travel across London for assessments.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver face-to-face/on-site training for the Level 3 Diploma and other childcare programs.
• Conduct assessments with a maximum cohort size of 20 learners.
• Provide training primarily in residential childcare settings.
• Facilitate evening and weekend sessions for employed learners.
• Travel across London for assessments and program delivery.

Qualifications:

• Experience in the residential childcare sector.
• Occupational competency within residential childcare.
• Relevant teaching qualifications are preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent.
• Additional qualifications in childcare or education are advantageous.

Experience Requirements:

• Proven experience working within residential childcare settings.
• Experience in delivering training or tutoring is preferred.
• Ability to work with diverse learners, including unemployed and employed individuals.
